Toni Kritzer (they/them), 4th year student at the ATD.
'I live in a caravan with my partner, and am therefore spending most of my time outside, with my feet on the grass. In my artistic practice I am busy with queer ecology and wild responses to the climate crisis. In the past year, I have predominantly worked with weeds as teachers of resistance and resilience. In 2022, my experiences in the forest occupation of Lützerath in Germany had a radicalizing and transformative effect on me. With my work in this platform, I hope to connect teachings from environmental activism and queer ecology to this institution and its inhabitants. I believe that especially in our school, we have the capacity to imagine a transition to climate justice'.
