About Bilal Bachir

Bilal Bachir, he/him, is a passionate all-around performer. Dance is his first love. It led him from breakdance to other urban dance styles and - through his dance education at ArtEZ - to classical, modern and contemporary dance. Bilal worked closely with well-known choreographers and dance companies. He also toured the world as an aerial acrobat, and with the Nationaal Theater through the Netherlands. Since 2018, Bilal has been advocating for performers' rights as part of de Kunstenbond.

The importance of fair practice to me:
