Hanny Veldkamp Fund
Mrs Hanny Veldkamp was in the 1950s and 1960s, a speech teacher - including at the Amsterdam Drama School. When she had passed away, the Hanny Veldkamp Fund was established in 1968. It was filled with the bequest that had arisen from the proceeds of several speech therapy textbooks, of which Hanny Veldkamp was author or co-author.
The fund is open to all students of the Academy of Theatre and Dance. Over three hundred students from the various theatre and dance courses have been awarded a Hanny Veldkamp Grant of Gift.
