About Eva Mathijssen

Eva Mathijssen, she/her, graduated from the Amsterdam School of Drama (AHK) in 2002. Since then, she has worked as a teacher, theatre maker and writer. Her work as a writer is character-driven from a fascination with human (in)ability.

The importance of fair practice to me:

"Fair Practice makes what goes awry in the workplace transparent and discussable.It invites future makers to do things differently.Or as Maya Angelou says 'When you know better, you do better.'"
